Therapy is collaborative and unhurried. We look at what is happening now, what is underneath it, and what might need to shift: a pattern, a relationship, a habit, or simply the way you talk to yourself.

Clinical knowledge is a tool, not a framework to fit you into. The goal is to give you language for your experience, clarity about what is driving it, and something genuinely useful to take forward.
